Attitude

Definition:
Attitude is a turned out position of the leg in which the knee is gently flexed and is raised off the floor either forward or backward.

Notes

• Derived from ballet.
• Different from arabesque, where the leg is fully extended.
• Sometimes adapted in ballroom shows for dramatic lines.
